Very nice People in the front desk Rooms are clean , the other areas too!! General everything it's ok ! Great place to stay !!
Overall is nice and recommended. Rooms are fine, have the necessary amenities, the gym is fine has everything to do any routine, is small so 6 persons is crowded, it included the breakfast in the restaurant that was buffet which is very good. Pool area is relaxing, good music, something to improve is the service there due to keep looking for waiters or took to long to come. We needed to take our dog so was the best option as it is pet friendly, the only thing missing was the dog amenities that they give, didn’t have that day.

Great rates, extremely clean, fast elevators, great amenities including pool, gym, conference room, bar, and cafes. Staff are efficient and friendly, especially at breakfast. Good snack/ drink selection. Sadly espresso machine was out of order during our stay- but other than that- it was great. Bed was very comfortable, including mix of down and fiberfill pillows. Will visit again on next trip!!

Nice hotel and good restaurant Ay Lola attached to it. The only recommendation would be to get a nicer room as a Marriott Titanium Elite member and also the air conditioning was somehow turning down during the night. Other than that I liked the hotel and will most probably book again.
Check in started off rocky, I booked through Marriott a King suite. When I arrived I was informed I was upgraded to a double queen suite. Not sure how that is an upgrade but okay. After calling the front desk i had informed them I wanted the king bed I booked. I was given a different room, and it was completely dirty. Im not sure if someone was currently using the room but the iron was on the floor, towels on the floor, bed was not made, and there was trash on the tables. I went back to the front desk annoyed at this point, I was finally given a correct room that was cleaned. Now that’s over. The duration of my stay was good, the location is easily accessible to restaurants, and malls. They have a bar onsite and a restaurant as well. I’m sure this was just a 1 time mistake on the room, but I would potentially give this place another chance.
This is a very nice hotel. The people are all very friendly. They always greet you with a smile, every employee there, that to me is huge! One thing I thought was exceptionally good was house keeping. They seemed to adapt their cleaning to my preferences and I loved that. Also when I've stopped them and asked them for something they've given it to me with no problem. They didn't balk at me like I've gotten from other hotels house keeping people. The pool area is beautiful as well. It was a big hit with all the guests. There was always lots of people out there and Alofts restaurant would come out there and serve you food or drinks. The only thing I'd say could be more clear would be the room service. They have a qr code for you to look up their menu but they don't have it in your rooms. I'd say they need to change that. Make it more clear. That's all Nothing but great feelings about the Aloft Hotel in Queretaro though. I loved it! I wi be going back! 100%
